KKOPS End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement governs the use of KKOPS, an internal operations platform owned and operated by Kim & Kimmy.

1. Grant of licence. KKOPS is proprietary internal software. Access is granted solely to employees, contractors and authorised representatives of Kim & Kimmy, for internal business purposes, and only for as long as that authorisation remains in effect. The software is not offered, sold or licensed to the general public.

2. Restrictions. Authorised users may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the software, nor share access credentials, nor use the software for any purpose other than the internal business operations of Kim & Kimmy.

3. Third party services. KKOPS connects to third-party services on behalf of Kim & Kimmy, including accounting, advertising and e-commerce platforms. Data retrieved from those services is used solely for internal reporting and operational purposes. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms.

4. Ownership. All intellectual property rights in KKOPS, including its source code, design and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Kim & Kimmy.

5. No warranty. The software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Kim & Kimmy does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kim & Kimmy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the software.

7. Termination. Access terminates automatically when a user's authorisation ends, and may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Kim & Kimmy.

8. Governing law. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
